Last decade Aivars is head of laboratory of organic materials Institute of Solid State Physics, University of Latvia. His laboratory has attracted funding over 7M Eur.

Expertise in organic photonics and integrated photonic chip development. Arturs has more than 15 year experience in investigation of nonlinear optical properties of organic materials and lithography processes. He is working in Institute of Solid State Physics, University of Latvia and has worked in start-up company OGsens.
Dr. Chem. Kaspars Traskovskis
Chemistry
More than 15 year experience in synthesis of nonlinear optical and light emitting organic materials. Kaspars is working in Riga Technical university as associate professor.
